About the role

The Aftersales Coordinator serves as the key contact for all service-related matters, supports service network development and boosts parts and accessories sales to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.   • Requirements for the Position:
  • Technical background with 2+ years of experience - preferably in the construction, machinery, or industrial equipment sector
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fluent Hungarian and g ood command of English (spoken and written)
  • Good level in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Valid B category driver's license (mandatory)
