About the role

Your mission is to actively manage and expand a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and positioning TENA products and solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue, increasing market share, and strengthening Essity's position as a trusted partner in continence care. In this role you will report to the Strategic Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining clinical knowledge with commercial insights.
  • Drive sales of the TENA product range and associated solutions, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead account planning activities, including setting objectives, identifying growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Support and lead tender processes, including preparation, follow-up, and negotiations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure effective contract management and follow-up.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored training and education on products, processes, and continence care standards.
  • Gather and share market, customer, and competitor insights to support business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in nursing, healthcare, or a commercial field.
  • Experience in sales and account management (preferably within healthcare or medical devices).
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth.
  • Affinity with the healthcare sector; experience in continence care is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in presenting, negotiating, and influencing customers.
  • Experience with tenders and public procurement is an advantage.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
