Responsibilities

  • Supplier Audits: Conduct system/process audits as part of the supplier release process, define the regular process audit plan for existing suppliers, and perform shipment quality verification and release.
  • Complaint Handling: Address non-conformities found in materials, notify the supplier, and ensure permanent resolution of issues.
  • Preventive Activities: Analyze quality data from multiple sources such as product audits, incoming inspections, and customer complaints to identify focus areas and execute supplier development activities.
  • Report and communicate critical supplier quality issues and the status of corrective actions to production managers.
  • Generate required reports and documentation related to process quality issues (raw materials).
  • Select, define, and/or optimize testing methods, materials, and equipment for measurement and testing; organize their procurement when necessary.
  • Define, organize, and execute instructions to verify raw materials in the incoming inspection area.
  • Generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) and follow up with suppliers.
  • MRB (Material Review Board) administration.
  • Supervise Incoming Quality Inspectors.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong fluency in both written and spoken communication (90% in English).
  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving skills (8D's, 5 Whys).
  • Knowledge of geometric tolerancing, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Supplier quality certification.
  • Completed professional degree: Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
