Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to schedule and execute railway construction projects within time, budget, and client requirements
• Monitor project progress and identify critical activities to accelerate work and meet targets on site
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties including consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure all construction work complies with approved plans, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques to maintain control
• Oversee all construction site matters, including enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Motivate and engage the workforce on site to maintain productivity and teamwork
• Required competencies and certifications
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience managing MRT/Tunnel or Trackwork construction
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate site workforce
