Right now we are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who will consolidate financial data from 15 legal entities across multiple countries, ensure data quality with external accounting teams, and support the preparation of the group's monthly management report. Responsibilities Coordinate with accounting teams across 15 legal entities globally (external providers and in-house) to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data Speed up month-end close Collect financial data via reporting templates and transform statutory accounting data into management reporting format Review and validate data quality together with local accountants: identify discrepancies and drive corrections Support the preparation of the monthly management report Ensure alignment of accounting approaches and reporting standards across different jurisdictions 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years focused on management or internal reporting Hands-on experience working with foreign legal entities across multiple jurisdictions Solid understanding of statutory-to-management reporting transformation Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and ability to consolidate data from multiple sources B2 English level or above Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year Relocation Support: full assistance for a smooth relocation to Lisbon for the employees and their family Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English courses Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work
