Job Profile: Assistant Professor | Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation | Divsion of Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Position Summary: The Division of Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin (CW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding Division. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. Position Highlights: Join a collaborative team of four physiatrists and three advanced practice providers dedicated to the pediatric population Be a part of a department that is one of the largest medical rehabilitation programs in the country Practice location will be at the Children's Wisconsin Milwaukee campus, with the opportunity to practice at a community location Schedule: Full-time position (1.0 FTE) Salaried (Exempt) Department/Division Highlights: The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin is one of the oldest and largest medical rehabilitation programs in the country. This world-class resource, combining specialty clinical expertise, state-of-the-art facilities, and innovative research, provides comprehensive treatment for patients with disabling conditions. Ranging from pain management and neurorehabilitation to traumatic brain and stroke management, PM&R touches all aspects of the Neuroscience Institute - a novel collaboration between MCW, Froedtert Health, Children's Wisconsin, and the Zablocki VA Medical Center to further harness and grow our clinical enterprise, training platforms, and world-renowned research talent in the neurosciences. Rehabilitation medicine utilizes a team approach to the treatment of disabilities.
