- Some relevant work experience.
- Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Experience as a People generalist in the financial/insurance sector.
- Experience managing a team in a BPO setting.
- Significant Human Resources experience.
- Experience in strategic People business partnerships at a senior/executive level.
- Leadership experience.
- Exposure to complex multinational business in a financial services environment.
Requirements
- Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications include:
- Postgraduate Degree.

Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality People business partnering service to a function / business unit within a Division / Region, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering on strategic people-related activities such as workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. This involves strong partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and embed a successful people strategy in line with the group People strategy & QBE strategy. Additionally,this role is responsible for influencing, advising, and leading on People service delivery and People initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes ensuring the effective application of the People operating model and brokering technical expertise through the broader People team.
