Requirements

• Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
• Solid relevant professional experience in IP management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.
• Attention to details

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
• Hands-on mentality
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent fluency in English written and spoken
• Availability to travel and work from different locations when required.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office tools

This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale. - Manage clients' IP portfolios, including the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models. - Train internal employees from various Dennemeyer locations in the formal processing of IP rights. - Provide support to other departments within Dennemeyer as needed. - Independently and responsibly input data into internal systems, ensuring the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of IP-related data. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions. - Conduct essential correspondence with national and international patent offices, colleagues, and clients. - Any other task aligned with the global strategy, job mission, and required skill set.
