Job Description The LEGO Group is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead an evolution of integrated digital planning capabilities supporting wider Retail Planning capabilities, specifically for Allocation and Replenishment. This position is a fantastic opportunity to make impact over a 12-month contract period during an exciting period of process and product transformation. The position supports newly established, live enterprise tools. Success requires driving adoption, stabilizing operations, and continuously improving planning outcomes while balancing innovation with operational reliability. Core Responsibilities Own the Allocation & Replenishment product area, ensuring successful delivery of capabilities that improve inventory allocation, replenishment, and stock availability across LEGO Retail. Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning and inventory management needs and translate them into product priorities and delivery outcomes. Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver product increments that create measurable business value. Drive product discovery, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning for Allocation & Replenishment initiatives. Manage dependencies across Retail Planning, Inventory Management, and related business processes to ensure end-to-end delivery success. Support business adoption by partnering with users, business process owners, and change stakeholders throughout delivery. Use data and user insights to identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity, stock availability, and operational efficiency. Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Do you have what it takes? Considerable experience working in Product Management, preferably within enterprise, retail, supply chain, inventory, or operational domains. Experience in Retail Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Allocation & Replenishment. Familiarity with planning platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar. Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement initiatives. Experience working in global organizations with diverse stakeholder groups. Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes through cross- functional teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across business and technology teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision making. Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver digital products and capabilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
