Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress toward sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop sales tactics, promotional materials, and product offerings
• Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to meet sales budgets and expand market share across sales channels
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
