General Trade is an important channel for the Taiwan toy industry and LEGO Taiwan. Through our distributors , we are able to cover hundreds of smaller toy specialist accounts. This represents a unique opportunity to strategically expand into variety of retail formats that we would not be able to reach directly. We are looking for candidates who are brave and effective to deliver the best experience for our customers! Do you have what it takes? Min 3+ years of successful working experience in sales or customer management (retailers or wholesaler), preferably with FMCG or branded product industry, or experience in headquarter role within chain-operated, modern retailers, general trade Working experience in account management activities based on annual planning cycles and cross functional collaboration rather than daily transactional activities Good communicator with networking skills Agile and result-oriented mindset Comfortable with Microsoft Office in business usage Experience in Account management, Category Management or Joint Business Planning English and local language proficiency #LI-JL3 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
