About the role

Bids Coordinator Apprentice 2026 You don't need to be a lawyer to be a leader in this supportive and inclusive professional environment. Just be yourself. And start by helping to win exciting opportunities for our firm in our Bids team. About Addleshaw Goddard At Addleshaw Goddard, we're proud to be a leading law firm trusted by thousands of organisations in over 100 countries. About the role The Bids team at Addleshaw Goddard helps the firm win new work from clients. When a company or organisation needs legal services, they often ask firms to explain their merits. This process is called a "bid" or a "pitch". The Bids team works to put together documents and presentations that show why Addleshaw Goddard is the right firm to help the client. They understand the client's needs, highlight the firm's expertise, and make sure the client's questions are answered. The team helps manage deadlines, organises meetings, and ensures everything runs smoothly. You will support the Bids team in the development, coordination and delivery of high-quality bids, proposals and presentations while completing the Bids and Proposal Coordinator Level 3 apprenticeship with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. You help to create, edit and format bid documents so they look professional and follow the firm's brand guidelines. As part of this, you collect information from colleagues about their expertise to include. You share your ideas for improving the way bids are managed, such as finding new ways to present information. Throughout the day, you'll support the team with general administration, like organising files and keeping records up to date about progress and outcomes of bids. You'll work with lots of different people, learning how the firm wins new work, and gaining valuable skills for your career. There are some attributes we would like you to bring to this role.
