EUC Engineer

Requirements

• Experience managing Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint tools such as Intune, Configuration Manager, or Jamf Pro.
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Experience supporting endpoint provisioning, patching, and software deployment processes.
• Knowledge & Skills
• Understanding of identity systems such as Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Foundational knowledge of endpoint security and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT operations and support workflows.

This role focuses on execution, stability, and continuous improvement of existing services while ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. What you bring to the table Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Operate and maintain endpoint management platforms across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments. Execute software deployments, patching, and configuration changes using established processes. Troubleshoot endpoint issues and partner with support teams to resolve escalations. Support endpoint lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance, and decommissioning. Assist senior engineers in implementing endpoint solutions and improvements. Identify and escalate patterns impacting reliability, security, or user experience. Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks. Support endpoint monitoring and respond to alerts.
