Anchored in ManyChat, you will build and optimize multi-channel messaging flows - across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs - to drive player activation, retention, and reactivation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in funnels, obsesses over open rates, and can turn data into revenue-generating automation.
Responsibilities
- ManyChat Ownership - Build, manage, and continuously optimize ManyChat flows across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Own the full automation architecture from lead capture to conversion and retention.
- Lifecycle Strategy - Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies covering activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation across all CRM channels.
- Segmentation & Personalization - Build and maintain player segments based on behavior, activity stage, and lifetime value. Deliver targeted, personalized messaging that drives action.
- Campaign Execution - Plan and deploy promotional campaigns, bonus announcements, event-based triggers, and re-engagement sequences in coordination with the wider marketing team.
- A/B Testing & Optimization - Continuously test message copy, timing, flow structure, and CTAs. Establish clear winner criteria and apply learnings across campaigns.
- Performance Reporting - Own CRM KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, churn reduction, and revenue contribution. Deliver structured weekly reporting to leadership.
- Cross-Channel Coordination - Align CRM messaging with paid social, organic content, and product promotions to ensure a coherent player experience across all touchpoints.
- Tool & Integration Management - Manage ManyChat integrations with external platforms (CRMs, payment systems, data tools). Identify and implement improvements to the automation stack.
- Compliance - Ensure all messaging complies with platform policies, opt-in/opt-out requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM , lifecycle marketing , or marketing automation, with hands-on ManyChat experience required.
- Proven ability to build complex, multi-step automation flows that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization best practices.
- Experience managing Facebook Messenger campaigns .
- Data-driven approach to optimization - comfortable analyzing funnel metrics and making decisions based on performance data.
- Familiarity with integrating ManyChat with external tools (CRMs, Zapier, webhooks, or similar).
- Experience in online gaming, sweepstakes, subscription products , or high-volume consumer apps is a strong plus.
- Strong written English with an ability to craft concise, high-converting message copy.
- Advanced AI user - able to leverage AI tools to improve automation, generate copy variants, and analyze performance patterns.
