Candidate should have experience on drafting: Incidents, event, OOC etc. Job Description: It includes the job duties and responsibilities of the work Job responsibilities listed below are for understanding and acceptance. ü Managing CDMO and agile projects for Analytical Development. ü Monitoring of project related analytical activities (i.e. Method development, verification and technology transfer of analytical methods to manufacturing site) for CDMO and agile projects. ü Management of projects and providing technical updates for CDMO projects to management. ü Lab notebook checking for completeness of data for development work. ü Review of method validation protocol and report. ü Review and approval of calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments as per schedule. ü Ensure in-house compliance system in analytical laboratory. ü Maintain hygienic condition in respective areas of department. ü Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment in lab. ü Provide and arrange appropriate training to new joiners and sub-ordinate. Job responsibilities listed below are for understanding and acceptance. ü Discussion with different vendor, evaluation and Installation of different analytical instruments. ü Provide continuous projects update to clients through telecon and emails. ü Attend Internal and external audit and preparing compliance report. ü Attend new customers and existing customer for business meet from technical front in order to get new business. Ensure compliance and awareness of data integrity at functional area and site. undefined Interface with internal customers: It specifies the type of interaction and coordination required with internal parties Ø Communication with formulator for analysis and data submission and project deliverables. Ø Collaboration and communications with Internal analytical team. Ø Communication with CRA for project specific technical documents/queries. Interface with external customers: Ø Communication with external agencies and suppliers for procurement of Instruments, project specific columns, reference standards, etc., Ø Communication with outside analytical labs for specific analysis. Ø Routine updates to client either by mail communication, presentation or telephonic.
