About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to drive outbound pipeline generation and be the first point of commercial contact for prospective customers. This is a front-line growth role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying prospects across all segments - SMEs, mid-market and enterprise - and converting those conversations into qualified meetings for the commercial team. Over time, you will develop a strong command of the HR tech landscape, sharpen your outreach craft and build the foundation for a broader sales or commercial career.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Research and identify potential customers across target industries, company sizes and markets.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of cold and warm leads through structured outbound activity.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria before handing off to the commercial team.
  • Outreach & Engagement
  • Execute personalised, multi-touch outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone and other relevant channels.
  • Engage key decision-makers - typically CEO, Product & Engineering, Marketing stakeholders - with relevant and compelling messaging around HReasily's product suite and managed services.
  • Follow up consistently and manage all lead activity accurately within the CRM.
  • Pipeline Contribution & Targets
  • Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the commercial team.
  • Track and report on outreach activity, conversion rates and pipeline contribution weekly.
  • Work toward and progressively exceed monthly targets across meetings booked, pipeline created and revenue influenced.
  • Market & Product Development
  • Build a solid working knowledge of HReasily's solutions and how they address common workforce management challenges across the region.
  • Stay current on HR tech trends, competitor positioning and developments across target markets.
  • Feed prospect insights and objections back to the commercial and product teams to sharpen messaging and positioning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales, business development or lead generation capacity, preferably within SaaS, HR tech or B2B services.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound outreach rather than inbound follow-up alone.
  • Comfortable initiating and holding conversations with mid to senior-level stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Disciplined approach to CRM hygiene, activity tracking and pipeline reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional ASEAN languages is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator tools, CRM tools or equivalent platforms.
  • Prior exposure to HR software, payroll or workforce management solutions is a plus but not required.
