Partner with the best As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high-quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding-related challenges to enhance throughput and quality. As a Welder, you will be responsible for: - Performing welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment. - Conducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications. - Supporting the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding-related issues. - Enhancing throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team. - Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards. - Participating in training initiatives and supporting the development of team members. - Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. - Completing required periodic welding tests and maintaining qualifications per certification procedures. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field. - Have experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Have experience in welding applications within a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Be familiar with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Be a team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities. - Show a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Be willing to complete and maintain required welding certifications and tests.
