Responsibilities
- Guide advisors through Mariner's platform, connecting them with subject matter experts and tailored solutions that accelerate business growth and operational efficiency.

- Bridge advisory teams with the Advisor Coaching and Advisor Experience teams, ensuring advisors receive cohesive, high-impact support across all development channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor coaching, consulting, or practice management
- CFP®, or similar industry designation
