TALENT PARTNER - PROPERTY SERVICES -Odevo UK - £Competitive, aligned to experience - Hybrid - London Office/Home Based ROLE OVERVIEW If you're a Talent Partner who thrives in niche, candidate-short markets and enjoys influencing hiring decisions, this is that role. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of Property Services recruitment across Odevo UK, including building surveying and fire and risk assessment roles. These are specialist, hard-to-fill positions where your ability to engage talent and guide hiring managers will directly impact business growth. This is a true partnering role. You won't just deliver roles, you'll shape hiring strategy, challenge thinking and build a specialist market within the business. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You'll operate as a trusted Talent Partner, not just a recruiter. This role requires: Strong stakeholder management Confidence to challenge and influence hiring decisions The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business areas You'll be expected to bring structure, insight and direction to hiring, not just activity. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You'll be successful in this role if: You deliver high-quality hires in a competitive, candidate-short market Hiring managers trust your judgement and involve you early You proactively shape hiring strategy, not just respond to briefs You build strong pipelines that reduce reliance on reactive hiring Candidates are engaged, well-managed and informed throughout You bring ideas that improve hiring outcomes and processes HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Most weeks, you'll be: Owning end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles across fire safety, building surveying and risk assessment Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and challenge where needed Proactively sourcing and engaging niche talent Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines Managing candidate experience from first contact through to offer Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations Supporting recruitment across wider Market Services roles (e.g. sales, IT, energy, tech) when required Maintaining accurate data within ATS and ensuring process consistency You'll work Hybrid, with attendance to our Holborn/London office. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR This role suits someone who: Has experience recruiting niche or technical roles (e.g. surveying, engineering, compliance, property, or similar) Is confident sourcing passive candidates in candidate-short markets Has operated in a stakeholder-facing role and can influence hiring decisions Is comfortable challenging hiring managers and providing market insight Can manage multiple roles while maintaining quality and structure You may currently be: An in-house Talent Partner operating in a specialist or technical area An agency recruiter looking to move in-house, with experience managing complex or niche roles EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS Experience recruiting building surveyors, fire safety professionals, or similar technical roles Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or niche vacancies Strong sourcing capability beyond job boards (e.g. headhunting, mapping, networking) Experience working in a structured recruitment environment with clear processes and systems Ability to provide data-led insights and influence hiring decisions
