About the role
Serve as the main point of contact for top vendors, identifying and addressing key problem areas to foster strong partnerships between pandasend and business owners. Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently. Manage and verify weekly billing reports to ensure accuracy. Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required. Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related role. Outgoing and proactive personality with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured mindset; experience using CRM tools is a plus. Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or sales support is an added advantage. Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident in working independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Khmer.
