Specialist, Sales and Account Management

About the role

Serve as the main point of contact for top vendors, identifying and addressing key problem areas to foster strong partnerships between pandasend and business owners. Effectively pitch pandasend's value proposition, negotiate commercial deals, and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve order performance, resolve vendor-related issues, and coordinate communications for campaign blasts. Monitor and report on campaign performance, and develop strategic campaign plans to maximize impact. Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities, onboard new vendors, and drive their growth. Stay informed and updated on industry trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs. Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently. Manage and verify weekly billing reports to ensure accuracy. Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required. Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related role. Outgoing and proactive personality with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured mindset; experience using CRM tools is a plus. Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or sales support is an added advantage. Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident in working independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Khmer.
