- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days of hire for as required by department
- TNCC, LNPC, PEARS within 1 year of hire as required by department

This program will support you in developing dynamic nursing practice with competence, autonomy, and connection to purpose. Our Resident RNs receive a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours with preceptors who are experts in their fields, advancing both their education and knowledge along with their material skills in providing quality patient care and services.
