Job Summary IT Manager is responsible for leading the hotel's Information Technology function by ensuring stability, security and continuous improvement of technology infrastructure, enterprise systems and business applications. The position ensures technology investments support operational excellence, guest experience, regulatory compliance, and long-term business objectives. Strategic Responsibilities / Duties 1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the Information Technology department to ensure stable, secure, and efficient technology services. 2. Develop and execute the hotel's technology roadmap, innovation strategy, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. 3. Deploy, maintain, and continuously improve the hotel's information technology infrastructure, network architecture, cloud services and enterprise systems. 4. Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, sustainability, and business performance. 5. Manage and support all business-critical information technology applications, ensuring maximum system availability, performance, and reliability. 6. Supervise, coach, and develop Information Technology team members while providing technical guidance and operational leadership. 7. Provide Level 2 technical support for complex infrastructure, application, network, and system issues where required. 8. Monitor and maintain servers, storage, network devices, wireless infrastructure, backup solutions, cloud platforms, and associated technology services. 9. Administer user accounts, identity management, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company security policies. 10.Establish and maintain information technology standards, documentation, architecture, and operational procedures across the hotel. 11.Analyse recurring technology issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and service providers. 12.Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and business performance. 13.Lead information technology projects including infrastructure upgrades, enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programmes. 14.Evaluate opportunities to implement automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and intelligent business applications that improve productivity and decision-making. 15.Develop, review, and maintain information technology policies, standard operating procedures, configuration standards, and technology governance frameworks. 16.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements, company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. 17.Develop, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business resilience. 18.Manage cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring platforms. 19.Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of information technology audit findings and compliance gaps. 20.Manage information technology vendors, maintenance contracts, service level agreements, budgets, and technology procurement to ensure quality service delivery and value for investment. 21.Develop technology dashboards and management reports that provide timely operational insights, system performance metrics, cybersecurity updates, and project progress to support business decision-making. 22.Perform other duties as assigned by the direct reporting manager. Key Skills and Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 5 years of information technology experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. 3. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, virtualization, servers, storage, and enterprise business applications. 4.
