Responsibilities

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM - HR, Business Analytics, or related field preferred).
  • 6-13 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS, or program management.
  • Hands-on expertise in Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Analytics AI tools and HRMS
  • reporting tools.
