Responsibilities
- Platform Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Key Management Systems (KMS) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and secure operation.
- Integration & Automation Support: Support integration of IAM services (e.g., PAM, KMS, IdP, MFA) with applications, Active Directory, cloud services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and similar automation tools.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution across IAM, PAM, and KMS environments. Participate in operational support and on-call activities as required.
- Security & Compliance Execution: Implement and maintain access control, privileged access, and key management policies in line with security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), supporting audits and risk mitigation activities.
