Requirements

• At least secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Relevant certification in food hygiene , food preparation, and food safety.
• At least 3 years of similar experience

Additional Information

Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm Key Roles Daily upkeep of food labs and prep room. Prepare and support food lab lessons . Collate recipe orders and place timely orders for ingredients for lessons and exams. Support NFS unit with filing, billing, receipts, and delivery orders . Assist with stock-taking and asset checks . Manage equipment loans and book references. Liaise with contractors on equipment maintenance. Support other department activities involving food labs.
