Position Impact: The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with community organizations, businesses, residents, and stakeholders throughout Northern California to increase engagement, foster partnerships, and support organizational goals. This role leads community outreach efforts, plans and coordinates events and programs, serves as a primary point of contact for community inquiries, and identifies opportunities to expand the organization's presence and impact. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to promote initiatives, create presentations and outreach materials, collect and report engagement data, and evaluate program effectiveness. Through strategic relationship-building, event management, research, and public relations activities, the Community Engagement Specialist helps drive community participation, enhance brand visibility, and support the successful implementation of community-focused programs and initiatives.
