Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the pricing strategy for Trane Supply to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness.

- Champion pricing excellence by improving processes, capabilities, and organizational understanding of pricing strategy and value realization.
- Ensure pricing practices are consistent with company policies, customer commitments, and commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, product management, sales operations, or a related business function.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management responsibility preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing pricing strategies in a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading through change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and understanding of margin drivers.
- Experience in distribution, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial, or channel-based business models preferred.
