In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across retail grocery operations. The Sr. Preventative Maintenance PM ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, reduces operational costs, and maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key job responsibilities Program Development & Management: - Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and store equipment across multiple retail grocery locations. - Develop maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures, and best practices to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize unplanned downtime. - Create and maintain comprehensive asset management databases tracking equipment inventory, maintenance history, and performance metrics. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
