Job Overview This role is responsible for owning and representing the Ukrainian-speaking World of Tanks community, with a strong focus on live content, streaming, and real-time engagement. You will act as both a Community Manager and an on-screen representative of the product, combining strong game knowledge, confident live communication, and an understanding of content strategy to grow and engage the audience. The role requires someone comfortable being visible, speaking to live audiences, and taking ownership of community initiatives, content direction, and engagement outcomes , therefore the role is best suited for someone with prior experience . Reports to Senior Community Manager What will you do? Own and actively manage the Ukrainian-speaking World of Tanks community across official platforms. Act as a visible and credible voice of the product through regular livestreams and video content. Plan, host, and execute engaging livestreams on platforms such as Twitch, including gameplay, updates, and community interaction. Develop and maintain a content strategy for streaming and community channels, aligned with publishing goals. Proactively design and deliver community initiatives, events, and projects to increase engagement and retention. Communicate effectively with live audiences, adapting tone and messaging in real time. Demonstrate strong in-game knowledge, including mechanics, meta, and player behaviour, during live and recorded content.
