- Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees, management teams, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- You have a degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- You bring experience in project management, product development, and automation leadership within the mechanical industry or a similar technical environment.
- You are comfortable working with technical concepts and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can build alignment across functions and organizational levels.
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You enjoy driving progress, solving challenges, and creating structures in complex projects.
- You are open to adopting new tools and new ways of working within the field of automation.
- You are familiar with, or have a strong interest in, lean product development, agile methodologies, or similar approaches.
