Collaboration specialists are hands-on roles where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients. We are looking for a senior, hands-on platform owner responsible for enterprise-scale administration, governance, security, and adoption of MIRO and BOX collaboration platforms. As a Collabaration specialist, you will be a hands-on platform owner, responsible for enterprise-scale administration, governance, security, and adoption of MIRO and BOX collaboration platforms. You will lead end-to-end BOX administration including tenant configuration, SSO/SCIM integration, RBAC, external sharing, content lifecycle, retention, legal hold, audit logging, eDiscovery readiness, and Box Shield risk protection. You will own MIRO enterprise governance covering org settings, licensing, team/workspace architecture, guest access, data governance, retention, audit logs, and export controls. You will : Define and enforce security guardrails, and compliance alignment in partnership with our Security, Legal, IAM, and Compliance teams. Lead integrations with Entra ID/Okta, M365, Jira, Confluence, Teams/Slack, CASB, SIEM, and ITSM platforms. Drive operational excellence through L3/L4 support, incident and change management, vendor coordination, monitoring, automation, and KPI reporting, as well as migrations, platform modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure enterprise adoption through enablement, templates, standards, and best practices. Mentor junior admins and support Collaboration CoE initiatives. This means dealing with both client expectations and challenges - in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and a lot of people will witness your contributions.
