- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
- Deep understanding of front-to-back capital markets operations, including trading, clearing, custody, and post-trade processing.
- Demonstrated experience managing large program financials, including budget oversight, forecasting, and commercial governance.
- Exceptional communication, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities in global, regulated environments.
- Must be fluent in Spanish to communicate with clients.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent senior leadership training.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide technology implementations and data transformation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe).
- This position will be located in New York City, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
