Support scrum teams with product expertise, clarification, demos, issue triage, and acceptance of delivered work. Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders through workshops, roadmap discussions, demos, and product reviews. Support Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, and Customer Care teams with product positioning, solutioning, and issue resolution. Monitor market developments, competitive trends, airline retailing evolution, API platform trends, and emerging technologies. A technical background, API experience, systems integration experience, or software development experience is a strong plus. Understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product discovery. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and create clarity in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong presentation, storytelling, and demo skills.
