We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to lead new product introduction, process development, and manufacturing operations. This role requires close collaboration with equipment vendors and contract manufacturers, as well as cross-functional teams-including design, test, and quality-across Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States. What You Can Expect Drive optical sub-assembly product engineering and NPI from design through mass production. Collaborate with contract manufacturers on process, equipment, and fixture development and qualification. Drive yield improvement and cost reduction; define and enforce DFM requirements. Support DFMEA, reliability risk mitigation, and product characterization. Lead failure analysis and RMA investigations.
