Requirements

Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. This role oversees and participates in the daily execution of plant maintenance activities, managing the maintenance program based on industry best practices with a focus on planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
