Responsibilities
- Act as Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Owner for investigations projects.
- Generate and manage change plans for New Product Introductions (NPI) projects.
- Engage with Validation, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Process Control Systems (PCS) teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support material procurement and implementation strategies.
- Independently design, execute and interpret critical experiments to answer scientific questions.
- Understand the broad objectives of the project as well as their role in achieving those objectives, and modify experimental plan when required, to respond.
- Learn, understand and master new experimental techniques, and act as a resource or mentor for others.
- Innovate and implement new experimental protocols.

- Set and meet experimental timelines.
- Effectively organize and present scientific plans and data.
- Contribute to writing and conceptual framework of publications, presentations, and patents.
- Routinely read and apply relevant scientific literature. Impact projects mostly through lab and/or pilot plant based activities where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent education with typically seven (7) or more years of experience.
- Master Degree or equivalent education with typically five (5) or more years of experience.
- Three (3) or more years of Compounding Formulation and Equipment Preparation Experience, preferred.
- Experience in aseptic filling processes in controlled environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute and interpret critical experiments to answer scientific questions.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and master new experimental techniques.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job function.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional team skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and technical documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, required.
