Officer/Senior Officer, Mortgage Operation

Requirements

• Secondary education or above;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in loan operations/ documentation;
• Good knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation;
• Good knowledge and concept in mortgage products;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Prudent and attentive to details;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Perform maker role for mortgage business, including documentation preparation & vetting, loan operation, title deeds and documents checking and mortgage discharge; Ensure all services to be delivered within the agreed service pledge; Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and compliance of the Bank's policy; Report all process deviations to supervisor; Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
