We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team as a Material Handler. The Material Handler will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Operations run between 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, with roles assigned to one of two set shift windows: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Openings are distributed across locked weekly schedules-Sat-Wed, Tue-Sat, Thu-Mon, and Fri-Tue-and you will be hired into one of these specific schedules. While shifts do not rotate, candidates should maintain flexibility for 1-2 hours of overtime as needed to support production and shipping demands. Why Capricor?
