Responsibilities
- Insight & Storytelling
- Lead the use of data as a story, translating complex analytical work into easy-to-understand insights and actionable recommendations.
- Simplify and organize information into a single, powerful narrative that informs and inspires creative briefs.
- Leverage social intelligence and performance data to think outside the box on how to drive strategy and achieve business results.
- Develop unique and insightful social intelligence outputs, from brand tracking and crisis monitoring to audience segmentation for strategy development.
- Analytics & Measurement
- Interpret business challenges to develop appropriate measurement plans, goals, and KPIs.
- Oversee the quality and development of all social insights, listening reports, and performance dashboards to meet modern marketing needs.
- Create visually engaging and clear dashboards using your expertise in tools like Sprinklr, YouScan, Brandwatch, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a key player in new briefs, representing the agency's social intelligence expertise with confidence.
- Build strong relationships with strategy leaders and the creative community, acting as a trusted partner and advocate.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to Social Intelligence Analyst in market, guiding their work and fostering a culture of excellence within the analytics team.
- Partner with broader teams (E2E, Martech, PR, Media) to connect social data with other analytics for a holistic view.
- Governance & Innovation
- Provide overall guidance on the brand's Global direction for dashboard setup, reporting, taxonomy, and tagging governance.
- Act as the social analytics leader, collaborating with the global community to build a center of excellence and educate other regions.
- Stay ahead of global cultural trends and industry updates to proactively develop timely and relevant content strategies.
Requirements
- Experience & Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in data and analytics.
- Proven experience managing social intelligence across multiple markets, preferably within a region-wide, borderless team model
- Deep expertise with social intelligence tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, YouScan) and data visualization platforms (e.g., GDS, Tableau, Power BI)
- Skills & Abilities:
- An innate ability to transform complex data into clear, data-driven narratives for C-suite executives, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, cross-channel marketing analytics, and paid media distribution.
