Sr. Facilities Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro‑mechanical systems
• Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, A‑Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff
• Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues
• Learn new systems as technology evolves
• What You Bring
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls)
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, compressors, etc.)
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional short‑notice call‑ins
• Quick learner with solid problem‑solving skills
• Preferred
• NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
• Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and work order systems
• Technical degree or trade certification
• Career Level - IC - Operations Support - O3

• $21.74 - $36.24

Compensation : This role has a budgeted range of $28.00 -$33.43/hr. + $1.50 Shift Differential Shift Details Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (or until shift completion) Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (subject to change as needed).
