  • Own the Optimization Team PMO: initiative tracking, milestone governance, and Smartsheet portfolio management across the full $100M+ savings program

  • Build operating standards from the ground up: WBR design, financial bridge methodology, decision-escalation framework, and documentation culture
  • Develop and maintain PE-facing and executive-level reporting; ensure consistent narrative and financial accuracy across all upward communications
  • Serve as the governance layer above the five Network Optimization sub-functions (Outbound Fulfillment, Inbound Placement, Forecasting & Procurement, Network Analytics, and Science) - ensuring cross-function alignment, milestone accountability, and portfolio health across all workstreams
