Responsibilities

- Assist with building, repair, installation, and site improvement projects.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Support concrete, carpentry, fencing, grading, and other site development activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and participate in required safety training.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, and other team members.
- Assist with facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and general site support as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or a skilled trade.
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or other construction machinery.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, concrete work, welding, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repairs.
- OSHA or other safety training certifications.
