Responsibilities
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Manage end-to-end purchasing of warehouse materials including TCM herbs, brewing ingredients, packaging materials (bottles, labels, caps), and consumables.

- Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to relevant regulatory requirements for TCM and food safety.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Assist in audits (internal, external, or regulatory).
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, purchase status, and warehouse KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Support the implementation of warehouse best practices and digital tools.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food & beverage, brewery, pharmaceutical, or TCM/herbal products industry.
- Hands-on experience with purchasing, inventory management, and stocktaking.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of TCM ingredients or brewery operations is a strong advantage.
