Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Comprehensive understanding of function of Instrumentation from internal, OEM and contract manufacturers Perform troubleshooting, on-bench diagnosis, and repair of Instrumentation. Compiles detailed production and repair paperwork, including quantities produced, scrapped, in-process, etc. Ensures quality product is built or repaired and shipped Ensures that Neogen CASE system entries for the Instrumentation department repairs are properly updated and Cases are closed in timely manner. Receive new product formal training on instrument operation and repairs from Vendor Create a repair SOP for new instruments.
