DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Legal Department is responsible for handling all of the legal needs for the teams and businesses within the Fenway Sports Group ("FSG") portfolio, including the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Sports Management, NESN, the Pittsburgh Penguins, SportsNet Pittsburgh, the Liverpool Football Club, Boston Common Golf, FSG Real Estate and the Red Sox Foundation. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Legal Department handles a broad range of corporate and legal matters related to the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Sports Management, NESN, SportsNet Pittsburgh, and Boston Common Golf. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to legal team members across a variety of administrative, operational, and project-based responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and manages confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.
