What you will deliver Processing orders and ensuring all trip planning is done in the most efficient and effective manner without compromising on the service level and safety to meet customer requirements and IFOT (In full on time) Experience and Qualifications STPM / SPM At least 2 years of experience in a logistics distribution environment. Knowledge of JDE or any other similar applications will be an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential, especially MS Excel. Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations. Good telephone etiquette. Good problem-solving skills - able to develop and employ a variety of approaches to resolve wide-ranging problem. Good planning and coordination skills Good negotiation skills You will work with 1. The position will report to Logistic Manager. 2. Key Stakeholder are i. Sales and marketing team. ii. Supply Planning team. iii. Sales operation team.
