About the role
As Product Manager, Personalization & Audience Platform, you will own the evolution of our composable Customer Data Platform, which powers audience creation and activation across Live Nation and Ticketmaster. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Own the vision and roadmap for Live Nation's CDP , driving scalable, data-driven audience activation across global marketing teams. Serve as the subject-matter expert and admin for the CDP, enabling marketers to create and activate effective audiences while driving adoption through improved processes, tooling, and documentation. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and vendors to define product requirements, user stories, and workflows; translate business needs into prioritized enhancements that improve audience targeting and campaign execution. Leverage a strong understanding of data systems to unlock new audience capabilities, partnering with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data flows from Databricks into the CDP and downstream platforms. Expand activation capabilities by launching and scaling new channels and use cases (e.g., paid media), enabling marketers to reach audiences across a growing ecosystem of platforms. Define and track key success metrics (e.g., adoption, activation volume, campaign lift) to measure CDP performance, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement in audience activation and business impact.
