Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker for its client in Milton Keynes. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our residential care team for children and young people. This role involves delivering high-quality care, leading shifts, and supporting the development of both residents and staff within a therapeutic environment. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people. Act as a role model, promoting positive behaviors and independence. Support staff through guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and record-keeping. Respond to challenging situations calmly and professionally. Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies.
