This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates. The BSA is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and systems. The BSA will assist with the design, development and deployment of optimized, integrated, automated solutions, specifically related to our Supply Chain functions across Manufacturing, Production Planning and Warehousing to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The BSA will also collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, developing process models, and providing ongoing support and training to users. This role will be the functional expert in SAP PP, SAP IM/EWM, and a critical component of our SAP Delivery Solution Team, working with key business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects and enable capabilities that provide value to the cooperative. The BSA will also work closely with the Application support team to resolve day-to-day support tickets and ensure the operational health of the system. As such the role requires keen attention to detail. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. A Day in the Life... - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP PP and IM/EWM - Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions - Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM module s , supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams - Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods - Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team - Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions - Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support - Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation - Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team - Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner
