Job Description Modelo de trabalho: Remoto, atuando com visitas as concessionárias Chevrolet na região citada O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades) : Gerenciar, resolver, documentar e concluir casos que en volvem o atendimento à clientes, dentro do prazo necessário. Construir e perpetuar o relacionamento dos clientes com a marca Chevrolet através do Departamento de Serviço das concessionárias. Assessoria consultiva junto as concessionárias através das atividades: - Aumentar o índice de satisfação do cliente. - Resolução de problemas, promovendo a execução correta dos serviços. - Promover negociações que permitam a relação ganha-ganha entre clientes, concessionárias e GM. - Gerenciamento de conflitos. - Análise de solicitações de atendimento em garantia. - Desempenho de execução das companhas de serviço (recalls). - Adequação de treinamento e capacitação dos técnicos. - Análise e rápida solução para veículos imobilizados na oficina. - Controle ferramentas especiais e de uso geral. - Suporte ao departamento jurídico / participação em audiências judiciais e Procon. Região de atuação: Estados da Bahia e Sergipe Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias): Formação: preferencialmente Engenharia Mecânica ou Elétrica, Tecnólogo Possuir CNH e dirigir (mandatório) Conhecimento técnico de veículos e experiência no atendimento a clientes é mandatório Bons conhecimentos do pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI) Inglês intermediário (desejável) Ter conhecimento ou experiência com as operações de serviço e peças de uma concessionária é um diferencial Gerenciamento de tempo e prioridade de entrega de serviços críticos Disponibilidade de viagens nacionais. Disponibilidade para residir em Salvador/ BA e para atuar nos Estados da Bahia e Sergipe. #LI-AS GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
